Background Story Little FiFi is an older dog, about ten years old, who is permanently blind in her left eye. She was fed at a particular feeding spot for a few years by an elderly woman who always saw Fi Fi with a homeless man who was harmless except for some visible mental problems – wearing thick sweaters in the heat of summer, for example. Very sadly, this homeless man passed away recently and Fi Fi would not move from the place where the homeless man used to park his bike, Fi Fi waited patiently every day for her homeless old friend to come back. A rescuer learned about FiFi’s story and felt really sorry for FiFi. She took FiFi to a vet for an examination with full blood panel test and found out Fi Fi is an overall very healthy dog except for the blindness in her left eye. Fi Fi is quite a small dog, weighing 16lb and is sweet and lovable without a mean bone in her body. She desperately needs a loving home and a new life.
